2016 had many performance highlights which kicked off with singing the role of the Page in Salome. Then there was Zita in Gianni Schicci…I loved it. Hilarious. Then, there was the 3rd Lady in Magic Flute which no one ever got to see as it got cancelled 5 nights before opening because of students protests…well, postponed at least. But you will get to see it – and me in it – end of 2017.

But nevertheless, the year ended on a highlight with Moteverdi’s L’Orfeo, directed by the brilliant Jaco Bouwer.
